Privacy policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why it is used, when it may be shared and the choices available to you. We do not sell or rent personal information.
1. Information you provide
- Contact and subscription details: your name, email address and anything you include in a message or form.
- Account details: your name, email address, login credentials, profile information and membership or enrollment status.
- Purchase and enrollment details: the program or course selected, transaction status, amount, currency, applicable account credits and limited billing information returned by the payment provider. We do not store your full card number or mobile-money PIN.
- Learning and community content: course progress, lesson responses, assignments, event registrations, comments, questions, community posts and messages you choose to submit.
2. Information collected automatically
When you use the site, standard technical information may be recorded, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, timestamps and diagnostic or security events.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain checkout or session state, protect forms, understand site performance and prevent misuse. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect account or checkout features.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure accounts, verify access and provide the member experience.
- Process enrollment and payment status, issue access or credits and maintain transaction records.
- Deliver courses, downloads, coaching, live sessions, community features and support.
- Respond to messages and send requested resources, service notices and security updates.
- Improve content and site performance, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud and enforce the Terms and community standards.
4. Email and other communications
Account, purchase, security and scheduling messages are sent when needed to provide the service you requested. Newsletters and promotional emails are sent when you subscribe or otherwise give permission, and each marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential service messages for an active account or purchase.
5. Payments
Payments are completed through an independent payment provider. The provider receives the information necessary to authorize and verify your payment under its own privacy policy. This site receives confirmation and transaction details needed to record your purchase and grant access, but does not receive or store your complete card number, security code or mobile-money PIN.
6. When information is shared
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, video, scheduling, analytics, security, support and payment services. These providers process information for their assigned purpose and are expected to protect it.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect users or the platform, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business reorganization where appropriate safeguards apply. Personal information is not sold or rented to advertisers or data brokers.
7. Community privacy
Your profile name and anything you post in a member area may be visible to the people who have access to that area. Please avoid posting financial, medical, identification or other highly sensitive information. Other members are required to respect community privacy, but we cannot control information that you independently share with them.
8. Data retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to operate your account, deliver purchased access, provide support, maintain learning or transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of record. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, anonymized or securely isolated from normal use.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal information, including access controls, protected account credentials, software maintenance and monitoring for suspicious activity. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a strong, unique password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some information may need to be retained when required by law or necessary to complete a transaction, protect the service or resolve a dispute.
To make a privacy request, use the contact page and describe what you need. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
11. Children and international processing
This platform is intended for adults and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate permission. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
The service providers used to operate the site may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, reasonable contractual or other safeguards are used for international transfers.
12. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated as the platform, providers or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top of the page shows when the latest version took effect.
Questions about this policy or how personal information is handled can be sent through the contact page. Your use of the platform is also governed by the Terms and Conditions.
