Please read these terms before creating an account, enrolling in a program, purchasing a course, or participating in the community. By using this website or its member services, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or enrolling. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Accounts and enrollments are personal and may not be shared, transferred, sold or used by another person without written approval.

2. Programs, courses and digital access

Your purchase or enrollment gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the applicable videos, lessons, workbooks, templates, recordings and other materials for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

• Do not copy, record, upload, resell, publish or distribute program materials unless we have given written permission.
• Do not share login details or make course content available to people who are not enrolled.
• Downloads provided for offline use remain subject to these terms.

3. Enrollment, pricing and payment

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. Prices, currency, included features, taxes and any automatic account credits are shown at checkout before you continue to the payment provider. Limited, founding-cohort or promotional prices may end or change for future purchases.

Payment details are handled by the payment provider. We do not store your full card number or mobile-money PIN. If a payment fails, is reversed, refunded or disputed, access connected to that transaction may be delayed, suspended or removed while the matter is resolved.

4. Refunds, cancellations and transfers

Any refund or cancellation terms displayed on the relevant sales or checkout page at the time of purchase form part of these terms. If you believe a charge is incorrect or need help with an enrollment, contact us promptly so we can review it. Program access and earned benefits may be removed when a payment is refunded or reversed.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, enrollments, memberships, session credits and course access cannot be transferred to another person.

5. Live sessions and scheduling

Live masterminds, coaching sessions, community events and cohort dates may occasionally be rescheduled because of availability, safety, technology or circumstances beyond reasonable control. When practical, we will give notice and provide a reasonable alternative such as a new date, recording or replacement session.

6. Community standards

The community exists for learning, accountability and respectful growth. When participating, you agree to:

• Treat members, mentors, staff and guests with dignity and respect.
• Avoid harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, spam and unlawful or misleading content.
• Respect the privacy and personal stories of other members; do not repost them outside the community without permission.
• Use feedback, messaging and AI-assistance features responsibly and do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for learning support.

We may moderate or remove content and may restrict or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these standards.

7. Your contributions

You keep ownership of original material you submit, such as comments, assignments, questions and community posts. You give us permission to store, display and process that material only as reasonably needed to operate the platform, deliver feedback, maintain records and support your participation. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.

8. Coaching scope and results

Programs and coaching provide educational information, reflection, accountability and personal-development support. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice or a substitute for a qualified professional.

Your results depend on your choices, circumstances, participation and effort. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise that everyone will achieve the same outcome.

9. Availability and third-party services

We work to keep the website, classroom, community and checkout available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Hosting, email, video, payment and other third-party services may have their own terms and occasional outages. We may maintain, improve, replace or retire features when reasonably necessary.

10. Responsible use

You may not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, bypass access controls or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

11. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Transactional messages about your account, security, enrollment or schedule are part of delivering the service. Marketing emails include an option to unsubscribe.

12. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the platform and programs evolve. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes apply from the updated date and will not retroactively remove rights already provided by a completed purchase.
